Hi, I’m Laura!


I’m the founder of H.E.R Collective and On The Go with H.E.R., but more than that, I’m a partner, best friend, proud Staffy mumma, sister, and daughter. Among my many identities, the one I hold closest to my heart is being a catalyst for change—helping women redefine their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.


I’ve been where you are. For over a decade, I was stuck in the exhausting cycle of binge eating, all-or-nothing thinking, and self-sabotage. I paid for my own eating disorder—through frustration, confusion, and countless programs that promised change but never addressed the real problem.


Along the way, I noticed a glaring gap between diet culture and true health—a space where so many women, like me, were falling through, left to navigate destructive cycles without the right support.


That’s why I created the GLOW Framework—to bridge this gap and give women the tools they need to break free for good.  Most importantly,  I wanted it to be accessible anywhere, anytime. That’s why we made it available on an app—to support your journey wherever life takes you, literally on the go.


I know this works because I’ve lived it. For over 14 years, I’ve been free from yo-yo dieting and emotional eating. Now, I help women all over the world rediscover their confidence, balance, and trust in their bodies, using the same tools and mindset shifts that transformed my life.

Hi, Hello! How are you?


I am Felicia, the mix bag of trades. 


To Laura I am her Business partner, COO, other half, decision maker, stern word and everything in between. To my family I am a wife, mother, daughter and friend. To my clients I am again the stern word, the shoulder to cry on, the ear to listen and the motivator to drive you to be the best version of yourself. 


Like many who start on their health and fitness journey I found myself lost in the realm of it, over 10 years ago. I spent quite a few years in a toxic space of over training, being in a deficit, participating in body building competitions and then being stuck in a space of distorted eating. 


I have since found harmony through education and practice. I now train to recover my body from two back-to-back pregnancies. I train to be strong for myself and for my children. I eat to fuel my body but I also eat because I bloody enjoy food. I no longer have a hold over myself because I have been able to find peace in learning how the body works and runs around training, nutrition and lifestyle interventions. 


I joined Laura and the team at On The Go with H.E.R. because I wholeheartedly believe in the GLOW framework and everything that Laura stands for. We coach our clients very similarly, we believe in all the same principles and honestly it just felt like the right fit to join forces and help bring this platform to the world and become the last stop for diet culture and self reclamation.

  • How do I receive the program?

    Once you sign up with your chosen package within 48 hours you will receive your personalized program. The program will be created based on all the information that you provide us on registration.  

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes it is. You have the option of monthly or quarterly subscriptions. This means, regardless of chosen subscription the programs are updated every 4 weeks with workouts and meals tailored just for you, plus continuous support from the team. Should you wish to cancel, just do so 7 days before your next billing cycle.


  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Absolutely! You can join us from wherever you get your internet connection.


  • Is each month the same?

    That would be very boring. At On The Go our programs are ANYTHING but boring. They will change each month and progress based on the assessment you entered at the beginning of your journey with us. We build your programs as a progression of where the previous block left off. The same goes with your nutrition, we will update this along with body changes. Your body needs a reason to progress!


  • I’m new to the gym. Is this good for a beginner?

    We cater to you. It doesn’t matter where you are on your journey because your program is tailored to your goals. We support you along the way with bonus education within your hub so make sure to check them out too. 


  • Can I do the plan at home?

    Yes you can. Ensure that on your initial set up you select home only program and that’s exactly what we will create for you. Your programs will continue to be tailored for at home unless you change your location down the track. 


    If you situation changes, please email support and we will make the relevant changes to switch your program. 

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription please email the Customer Support team at support@onthegowithher.com with at least 7 days notice to ensure that you are not charged again before your next billing cycle. Once subscription is canceled, the support from the team will also be removed from your account by the end of the notice period.

  • Refunds and returns.

    To summarize the boring stuff, if you’re not happy with our service within the first 14 days of joining On The Go, simply request a full refund by contacting customer support. This is not valid on promotional products. For further information on refunds and returns policy please see terms and conditions
